Sacred Trails
A new book prepared by Jane Abrams, Frances Dower and
Judith Sadler
Sacred Trails invites children and adults from Schools and
Parishes to come away and join, on a series of sacred trails, focusing upon
Christian stories and festivals.
Sacred Trails is about whole communities: It is about
everyone working together, sharing in their learning, story, activity,
stillness and reflection.
Each chapter (Advent, Easter, Pentecost, Fragile Earth in
the Season of Creation) includes a description of the entire day with
illustrations for craft activities and advice for setting up.
This is the sharing of an experience of exploring sacred
trails through Christian stories and festivals; we hope that the principles are
applicable to other faiths and perspectives.
