Father Martin is a Woodrow Wilson Fellow and has a doctorate in Spanish language and literature as well as a doctorate in theology. In addition to his experience as a director of liturgy and formation in seminaries, he has served as a diocesan director of worship, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Diocesan Liturgical Commissions, and as an associate director of the Secretariat for the Liturgy of the BCL.
