Q1: I am a returning account holder from your previous site what do I do to re-register?

Q2: I am a returning account holder from your previous site who
previously had an invoice facility, how do I continue to pay by invoice?
A: You need to go to the sign up page and open an new account as in Q5
below. We will ensure that you will be given an invoice facility when
you re-register (this will take a few days to re-establish). If you
wish to make a purchase immediately by invoice then please either call

Q3: Who can register for an account?
A: McCrimmons welcomes individuals, schools, parishes &
organisations and trade customers as account holders all accounts are
given subject to our discretion.
Q4: I just want to look at the products or make a guest purchase on your website, do I need to register for an account?
A: No. You do not need to register to view our website. You do not need
to open an account to make a purchase, however, if you do not open an
account you will be asked to provide contact & delivery details at
the check out each time you visit to buy.
Q5: How do I register for an account?
A: You need to go to the sign up page to do the following:
Enter a user name of your choice which must contain at least 4
characters, you may use your email address if you wish, however, if you
intend to have more than one account (work & personal) you need to
use different user names. Your user name is case sensitive.
Enter a password of your choice which must contain at least 6 characters, your password is case sensitive.
Once you have completed this sign up process you can click on 'My
Account' to edit your personal details in the User Menu, you may also
add different delivery addresses. Click here to go to the sign up page.
Q6: I am a new customer from a church, school or organisation can I pay by invoice?
A: You need to go to the sign up page and open an account as in Q5
above. Once you register for an account we can arrange for you to pay by
invoice. Churches and schools will automatically be given a pay by
invoice facility (this will take a few days from registration to
establish). Diocesan Offices and Colleges & similar organisations
are also welcome to have a credit account (invoice). If you think you

Q7: I am a new or returning trade customer, can I order using this website?
A: If you are a new trade customer please contact our Head Office on +44 (0) 1702 218956 or email@example.com for our terms and conditions.
New and returning trade customer should follow the registration process
in Q5 above to open a new account. After registration you may use this
website to place orders but any discounts will appear on your invoice
