ABOUT THIS BOOK
Every Sunday, we go to Mass to pray with our family, friends, and members of our parish. Going to Mass is the most important thing we do as Catholic Christians. Mass gives us time to praise God and to thank him for all the blessings in our life, to hear his Word, and to receive the Body and Blood of Christ. Going to Mass helps us to become better people. This booklet explains the meaning of the Mass and will help you understand why going to Mass on Sunday is so important for our faith.
