About the Authors:
Archbishop John Wilson is the Archbishop of Southwark, appointed by Pope Francis on 10 June 2019. His episcopal ordination was in January 2016, after which he served as an auxiliary bishop in the Diocese of Westminster and the Titular Bishop of Lindisfarne. He was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Leeds in 1995. He has worked in parishes and in prison, school and hospital chaplaincies. He taught moral theology at St Cuthbert's Seminary, Durham, where he was also Vice Rector. He was Episcopal Vicar for Evangelisation and the Diocesan Administrator in the Diocese of Leeds and latterly a parish priest in Wakefield.

Fr Andrew Allman was born in Blackpool and grew up in Fylde. After training at Ushaw College, Durham, he was ordained a priest of Lancaster Diocese in 2005. He has worked in parishes in Lancaster, Blackpool, Barrow-in-Furness and Preston , along with chaplaincy in several hospitals. He has also served as Vocations Director and Vicar for Clergy in the diocese and is currently Vice-Rector of St Mary's College, Oscott.
