Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Goods.
Please contact McCrimmons as soon as possible by email, phone, fax or post so that we can arrange for collection of the item or send you a return carriage paid label. A refund or credit note for the item and any carriage cost incurred will be issued or, if preferred and stock is available, a replacement will be supplied.
Unwanted Goods.
McCrimmons operates a returns policy in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations so any unwanted item (see exceptions below) may be returned within 7 working days of the delivery of your order for a full refund or credit note for the returned item.
In the event of a return you must contact McCrimmons by, email, phone, fax, or post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods to advise us of your wish to return an item.
Goods must be returned to McCrimmons at the earliest opportunity and must arrive at McCrimmons in mint condition, in their original state (wrapping and labels intact) and you must pay the original carriage and the return carriage to McCrimmons unless we have made a prior agreement to pay for the return carriage.
If the item is damaged or degraded during return transit to McCrimmons this will be your responsibility and McCrimmons may refuse to refund or credit the item.
Exceptions to the right to return an unwanted order are as follows (this does NOT apply to goods which are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied):
1. CDs, DVDs or Computer Software if the seal or wrapping has been broken or the item has been used.
2. Personalized or customized items such as Banners, Prayer Books etc.
3. Downloadable items such as music files or e-books.
4. Annuals, dated or time sensitive materials without prior agreement of McCrimmons.
Please note that the above does not apply to trade customers who require prior authorization from McCrimmons to return unwanted goods and that this will be given at McCrimmon's discretion. Trade customers may return faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods in the usual way.
