A moving account of the suffering Church in Ukraine which lived so long behind bars in Communist Eastern Europe. But in the spring of 1987, a spark of hope lit up the sky of the Carpathian Mountains with the appearance of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the remote village of Hrushiv.

John Bird - During his career as a Senior Executive with 20th Century Fox Film Company and Paramount Pictures, John Bird worked on many major motion pictures.
In the 1980's he co-produced a number of films for television with english and european broadcasters.
