A: You do not need to register to view our website. However, you will need to register if you want to make a purchase.

A: We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express.
Q: Do you store my credit card details?
A: No. McCrimmons do not store any information about your credit cards. During payment, you will be redirected to a Sage Pay (formerly Protx) payment page who process the payment on our behalf. You can read more about their security here.
Q: Will I receive an an email confirmation?
A: Yes. You will receive email confirmation from us when you have completed payment/purchase.
Q: Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
A: Yes. You will receive an invoice with the goods* This is our invoice to you. * In some cases invoices are sent separately from the goods.
If you have paid by credit/debit card you will receive a receipt with your goods/invoice.

Q: Do you store my credit card details?
A: No. McCrimmons do not store any information about your credit cards.

A: Yes. To process your order we have to store a small amount of information about you so we can track and despatch your order. This is usually your name, delivery address and email address. This is the information you give us at the time of registering on the website.

A: No. We respect your privacy and do not give your details to anyone else.
